Matthew Norris
Matt Norris is a veteran entrepreneur dedicated to supporting those that served. A 20-year United States Air Force Retiree, he's a proud veteran of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. Being stationed around the world in Japan, Germany, Arkansas, New Mexico, etc... pushed a passion for history and travel. Also, Matt is a sports and outdoors enthusiast, 3-time medalist as an All-Air Force Men's Softball coach/player and continues to run a USSSA military A program today. Matt is married to Stacy Norris, they have two children, and now reside in Tampa, FL.

Scott Samdahl
Scott “Sam” Samdahl is an accomplished military professional with 30 years of active duty service in the United States Air Force. He has a strong passion for community service and a deep commitment to supporting veterans. Throughout Sam's career, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication to serving those who have served our country. Sam has a solid background in leadership, leveraging his skills and knowledge to make a positive impact within the veteran community. As Board Director / Vice Chairman, Sam actively contributes to the strategic planning and decision-making processes, ensuring the organization's goals align with its mission to support veterans. He understands the unique challenges veterans face and work tirelessly to create opportunities to improve mental & physical health during integration into civilian life.
Board Director of Finance & Marketing
Michael Johnson
Michael Johnson is a veteran who is dedicated to supporting the well-being of veteran’s mental health. A 26-year United States Air Force retiree, many of his years of service were in a dual military household. Mike brings a passion for marketing/finance along with a contracting background while working as the Chief of Strategic Marketing for the Air Force & Space Force as a senior leader under the Air Force Recruiting Service umbrella. Also a sports enthusiast and college athlete prior to his service, He values competition and has served in multiple coaching/players capacities understanding the importance of sports and recreation keeping your mind busy after serving. Mike will serve as a board director for both Finance & Marketing plans to work on outreach to provide opportunities for veterans.

Matthew Brady
Matt Brady, a seasoned veteran with a decade of service in the Air Force/Air National Guard, discovered solace and mental rejuvenation in sports and outdoor pursuits. With a profound dedication to assisting fellow veterans, he invests considerable hours on the softball field, not only enhancing their athletic performance but also aiding in the challenging transition from deployments to civilian life. Leveraging both his on-field expertise and industry experience, Matt is committed to guiding veterans through the intricate journey of post-service/deployment life.

Ryan Schnyders
Master Sergeant (Ret.) Ryan Schnyders served 21 years in the United States Air Force with overseas assignments to Italy, Germany, Guam and served stateside in New Mexico, Arizona and right here at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Some of his achievements as a vehicle operations airman include USAF Combat Action Ribbon, Army Combat Action Badge, and Army Drivers badge prior to retiring in 2018. Military sports played a major role in Ryan's life as both a player and coach which he continues to advocate for their importance today. He's excited to continue serving the veteran community as both a board member for Joint Task Force and in the Tampa military real estate market as a vetted member of the nationally-recognized "Next Move Military" network.

Justin Houston
As an active-duty Marine with just over 19 years of service, Justin is a proud veteran of Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. Justin is also an active sports and outdoors enthusiast, 2-time All-Marine Men’s Softball Armed Forces medalist. With retirement approaching, Justin plans to share his love for horses and helping people through therapeutic horsemanship.
